At YOKI Tackle Fishing Gear Emporium, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all lures, terminal tackle, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned tackle, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5 business days.
